We accept returns only for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

2. Navigate to the "Orders" section.
3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
4. Click on the "Request Return" button.
5. Fill out the return request form, providing a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, include photographs of the item and packaging.
6. Submit the return request.

Once we receive your return request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
